The Art of Designing a Multi-Venue Experience

For Manulife's President's Council, we crafted a three-day experience across Singapore, balancing business, local discovery and celebration through thoughtfully curated experiences.

Rather than hosting everything in one venue, each location was chosen to support a different moment of the journey. Business sessions at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore created space for collaboration and strategic conversations. A uniquely Singapore welcome reception and waterfront dinner at Monti encouraged delegates to connect in a more relaxed setting. The "Need for Speed" challenge at HyperDrive, alongside a sidecar heritage tour and local neighbourhood experiences, gave guests a chance to experience Singapore beyond the meeting room. The programme concluded with a farewell gala at Raffles Singapore, celebrating the connections built over the past three days.

From programme planning the journey also made room for purpose. As part of the programme, delegates participated in a community initiative by creating floral bouquets for residents of a local senior community home ahead of Mother's Day. It offered a meaningful opportunity to give back, reinforcing that the strongest event experiences balance business objectives with genuine human connection. From venue coordination to guest experience and event styling, every detail was designed to make each transition feel effortless while supporting the objectives of the programme.

Because when every experience has a purpose, an event becomes more than a schedule, it becomes a journey people will remember.
